clean and modern rooms, themed dinners, engaging evening shows
Rudeness of certain staff needs addressing!!! Noise levels from nearby nightlife disrupt relaxation, especially at night!!! Lack of kettle in rooms seems unnecessary when adding basic comfort!!!

The hotel is good for short stays, because of noisy location. Don't use it if you want a quiet relax. The price and sercies were OK. Not far from the beach. Breakfast was good and rich enough.
Too noisy:a disco on the corner and drunk people are crying the whole night. Problems with parking:no free parking places in the location. The reception couldn't find my Booked.net reservation so I had to turn on my laptop on the reception and resend them email confirmation of the reservation.

The staff was really friendly and helpful which was cool. The food was pretty good too, like a decent buffet with a good selection. I liked how clean the pool area was and the location was close to the beach which was nice. My room was ok, had what i needed for a short stay. Despite the noise, i had some fun relaxing by the pool.

Hotel worth recommending! Very nice and helpful staff. Very good location, the hotel is close to the city centre and just a short walking distance to the beach. The swimming pool is also very nice. Rooms are clean. Generaly we were very satisfy.
The things that we did not like was the quality of food in the hotels restaurant. The drinks at the pool bar also weren't very good ...

The beds were ok in our room. We can recommend and return to the place. Amigos Bar was 5 mins walk away. Walking distance to Platja Gran.

Location: the hotel was near a beautiful market which is worth a visit, mountains, and Las Arenas shopping mall which has a large food court and an elevator going up the outside. There was an authentic restaurant nearby. It was well-kept and well-maintained, good enough for rest.

Friendly staff service made the stay more enjoyable.
The lack of advertised kids activities was a huge letdown. We came specifically for our child, and it was disappointing that nothing was available during our entire stay. The full-board meals were misleading as they didn't include basic non-alcoholic drinks.

The hotel room had a nice size and included a small fridge, helpful. The pool area was great, and I enjoyed the jacuzzi on the fifth floor, although I didn't use it much. The hotel's cleanliness stood out, and the daily room cleaning was consistent. I appreciated the themed dining nights, especially the Mexican night. It added a fun touch to meals. The free Wi-Fi in reception was helpful too, although it didn't work well in my room. It was a disappointment that the staff at the restaurant didn't handle reservations well, and I experienced rudeness when asking about seating. The air conditioning in the room could have been better. It struggled to cool effectively. It was also a letdown that they charged for certain amenities like the safe and fridge. I'd recommend the hotel for its good food and service, but I felt that noise levels in the evening could disrupt sleep, especially with loud music from nearby. An enjoyable stay but some improvements needed.

Delicious breakfast and great pool area!
The pool area was really good. We also enjoyed the unique dining experience with a Mexican theme night that broke the routine of standard offerings. One feedback for improvement would be having more convenient access to a kettle in the room for personal use.
